Orders are matched, packed and made ready to leave the warehouse.
Orders are staged and made ready to hand off to the carrier.
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery status updates automatically on the KDE system.
Wrong addresses, notice cards, returns or failed deliveries all show up on the system, for KDE and the seller to follow together.
The system sends a notification the moment a payment is recorded.
Each customer gets their own payment email or reference, so when money comes in, the system knows which seller it belongs to.
Bank emails, e-Transfer alerts or remittance files are read automatically to record the amount, sender and time received.
Once a payment is recorded, the seller can be notified right away instead of waiting for the weekly reconciliation.
Payments received, fees and balance are summed up per seller for both sides to check and close each period.
